It has been more than 40 years since CBC established its offices in Taiwan and 20 years since it became a locally-incorporated body. In the interim, and as in Japan, we have developed a broad range of business in areas such as chemical products, synthetic resins, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, information-processing devices and surveillance cameras. Furthermore, in addition to liquid crystal and semiconductor-related products, two of Taiwan’s most powerful industries, we have also recently ventured into the fields of solar batteries and LED-related products.
